Poor experience. The whole hotel needs repairs. Almost every single person was as rude as they can be. Insects and cockroaches all over the place.

Very spacious, nice outdoor pool. The gas stove did not work and they tried to fix if unsuccessfully, so we had to eat raw chicken and fries for dinner

Mucho que mejorar

Nosotros habíamos pagado la estadía completa por internet y al llegar nos exigen pagar un “impuesto” de 18 reales que no supe a qué correspondía y además en otro hotel no nos cobraron eso. La segunda noche nos quedamos sin agua en la habitación y además tuve problemas con la puerta de la ducha que se quedó trancada. El desayuno puede mejorar, los jugos son muy artificiales. Lo que realmente vale la pena del hotel es la piscina y el área de juegos.

No final de semana tem uma praça de show cultural, do lado da feirinha, e pode incomodar um pouco no horário da noite com as músicas tocadas lá. Também o quarto que estive vi formigas , aquelas de açucar, e barata. Está precisando cuidar mais da dedetização.

Wenn statt Butter nur Margarine beim Frühstücksbüffet steht - auch der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken nur zur Hälfte sich bewegen lässt - auch die Duschamatur nur eine Einstellung kennt - so ist es sauber und vom Hotelpersonal ordentlich geführt. Schlicht und einfach ist die Ausstattung der Zimmer. Das Zweibett-Zimmer hat zwei Betten, einen nicht abschließbaren Schrank, grelle Deckenlampe und Tv und Kühlschrank. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt durchaus geeignet. Es ist besonders von einheimischen Publikum besucht und die Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt. 10min. zu Fuß ist das Zentrum der Stadt erreichbar. Der Außenpool bietet einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Vielleicht sollten Blätter, Insekten und andere Dinge öfter durch eine gute Poolreinigung entfernt sein. Wir haben das Hotel nur zum Übernachten genutzt/ 2 Nächte um am Tag die imposanten Wasserfälle von Iquazul auf argentinischer und brasilianischenr Seite zu erleben.
