I came down with 4 friends for the Bourbon trail and the house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood in Frankfort, the house was located around 20 minutes of plenty of distilleries. We grilled out each night and the grocery store is about 5 minutes away. I would definitely stay again

Great, centrally located home

The house was exactly what we needed for our stay. It was centrally located (with 30 min) of every distillery we planned to visit and because of the location we were able to stop by a few more. The house gave us our own space with 3 bedrooms. It was clean which is what is really important. The porch/grill/hot tub area was very nice. It was in the middle of the heatwave so we only used the hot tub one night for a few minutes. Had everything we'd need and was stocked with quality items (coffee pods, paper towels and GOOD toilet paper).Communication with the owner was thorough and easy. He also didnt ask a lot for check out which was really nice.Would absolutely stay here again!!

Good location for Buffalo Trace

The location was great for the distillery tours. We only stayed one night. It reminded me of college living; kind of thrown together and fine for what we are doing. Communication was minimal. Has an issue at check in and it was resolved.

Bourbon trail

House was great. The host was awesome to deal with. Very convenient to downtown Frankfort and really easy to get to the other distilleries. Easy to get to Louisville and Lexington. Did not disappoint us.

Excellent stay

We enjoyed our stay the Kentucky Bluegrass Retreat. Vernon was very responsive and helpful when we planned our trip. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to everything you need while exploring the Bourbon Trail. I would highly recommend this property.

Buffalo Trace Tour Weekend

Spent the weekend with the adult kids. We had booked a tour for Buffalo Trace. We enjoyed downtown Frankfort. Ate dinner at Bourbon On Main and lunch at Goodwood Brewery. We brought the dogs and enjoyed grilling burgers and the fire pit Saturday night at the rental. Vernon is a helpful host who has thought of every little detail. Made for a wonderful Mother’s Day Weekend.

Would recommend!!!

The house was clean and had everything we could ever want! The whisky glasses and ice were a nice touch. My wife and kids enjoyed our stay at this property. I’m from this town and know the area, this house is in a safe, friendly and quiet neighborhood. I was very lucky to have found this place. Huge shout out to the host for being super accommodating throughout our hardship as we recently lost a member of our family. If you are looking for a place to stay in F-town, or close to Lexington, I would highly recommend staying here.
