The thermostat was set at 27 degrees and could not be controlled. The staff at check in were very apologetic, very nice but the room felt like an oven.

The lady at check-in was very nice and provided a flawless check-in experience. We forgot our tooth paste and she was able to help out with that. Parking garage is very convenient at a reasonable price. - Worst check-out experience. the cleaning lady came into the room three or four times. We mentioned it st check-out and the gentleman at reception got extremely rude and condescending lecturing me „how this works in hotels“. He also failed to give us a drive-out coin for the garage and then refused to open the garage at first when we called up just hanging up. We’ll never be back. Would have given a better grade, but after this encounter, can only give a bad review Room was tiny and the carpet had stains and felt very aged and dirty. As a sidenote, the design is questionable but we saw that on pics beforehand so cant complain now.

Okay for a 1-night stay - nothing much near by in terms of food options.

Hello Abhay - Thanks for your feedback. As far as food is concerned we serve Pizzas in our Hotel. There is the famous harbour island nearby - 10 min to walk. We can recomend some very good restaurants when you are back for your next stay.

I have always said a hotel must have friendly competent staff, convenient location, comfortable rooms, the service here was a joy the location was sooo easy and the rooms were very comfortable, the bathroom could have been a little bit more spacious but in this case is was a comfortably cute size. Overall a very pleasant stay, relaxing. Could perhaps buy another coffee machine as only 1 machine to serve a large number of guest a5 once is a chore !
