The toilet stopped up. The price was 60 to a 100% more than the same room in most states that I travel in. I understand charging what the market is willing to pay on a Saturday night in Fredericksberg, but you could give more for the big price you charge, in my opinion

While the staff was exemplary, the condition of the motel was terrible. My room smelled moldy and there was clear water damage along all the bottom of the walls. The floor was laminate flooring that was very dirty. My son had to wash his feet after walking around the room because they were so dirty. The hot water was short lived. My mother's room was marginally better but the bathtub faucet was so difficult to turn on she had to call the front desk and have them turn on the water. By the way, did i mention how wonderful the staff was? They responded quickly and effectively to any problem. I honestly felt bad that they had to deal with problems the owners were too cheap to fix. I would NEVER stay here again. Spend the extra $100, I know I will.

It's nothing at all fancy. It's very old and outdated. The carpet smells like stinky Fritos or feet. The TV did not even work.... but......on a positive note. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfy. Showers were great. Shopping and eatery's were close. We felt safe. It's just super old! Good for just resting.

Nice enough management, but lots of signs of renovations needed. The “hot tub” was cold. Towels for pool were not offered because the manager said the towels were too expensive. But it was good enough for the pricing!

Inexpensive, clean, AC worked well and was not noisy. Good old one-story motel. Park at your front door. It's been around awhile but was very clean. Hopefully they read their reviews. Room 110 - the tub does not drain properly and when taking a shower, you stand in a tub of dirty water that slowly drains. Was an issue with my wife. Will probably stay here again next time in Fredericksburg.

If it were updated and the walls and floors didn’t look so bad, and there was no mold, it would have been a more comfortable stay. Don’t let the pictures fool you!
