Perfect for our girlfriends' gathering to start off the holiday season. Everything was as described and owner was very easy to work with. We easily walked to Main Street every day and evening to shop and dine. Our pups also enjoyed their stay. Great neighborhood to walk with them.

I brought my daughter, some of her friends, and our family here for herv21st birthday. This is a BeAuTiFuL house, pictures do not do this place justice!! And GREAT decor!! The host was so accommodating! 10/10 ! Heated pool was so nice in November and of course the hot tub and fire pits closed out our awesome evenings! I would definitely book this place again!

GREAT LOCATION! Air conditioning worked well; the kitchen was well stocked. Loved that they had spices and oils. So many rentals have NOTHING to work with - so that was super nice! The backyard was great and loved the fire pit area. Sean was super easy to work with and was kind enough to let us check in early. My only suggestion would be upgrade bath towels, sheets and pillows.

Stay was great even with pouring rain. Our family had fun with indoor game room and arcade game. Beautiful backyard! It’s pretty dark at night back there so it could use some nice string lights hanging from the trees. It would look so nice! The decor is fun! The a/c was so great, felt good in there. There is a super loud chime going in and out of the backyard that’s kind of irritating to the ears, especially with having hearing sensitivity issues. Some towels needed washing that were in the cabinets when we grabbed for new ones and some walls needed to be wiped down. I believe it was makeup on the master bathroom wall but nothing crazy that can’t be cleaned. Other than that, everything was nice! Booking was a breeze and if we needed anything, they responded in a timely manner. We will definitely be booking this place again in the near future!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fredericksburg Family Vacy

Loved, loved, loved this place! It has everything mentioned and more! The attention to detail is amazing! Our group encompassed ages from 81 years to 6 months and there was something for all! Lovely location with an occasional deer stopping by! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Weekend getaway with Friends

The property is very new and in excellent shape inside and out. It appears to be used exclusively as a rental. It has a great layout for accommodating guests with space to hang out inside and out, plus a well equipped kitchen. Close and convenient to the commercial areas of Fredericksburg, not walkable but just far enough away to be in a quiet setting.

Bachelorette weekend

Great house and convenient location! Having the hot tub and heated pool was a nice added bonus! The house was very clean and the owner was very responsive when we had a slow drain, and they had someone out there very quickly to resolve it.

Nice Stay

The house is nice and communication with the owner was easy. We had less people come then we were expecting and the owner changed our booking to account for that and being there one fewer day. After looking at all the rooms I am glad we did because there are not 2 queen beds in each room like listed, two of the bedrooms upstairs had a queen bed with a twin trundle so 4 adults definitely could not have fit in those rooms. Other than that is was perfect for our trip.

Great space for a large family gathering

Our family celebrated Christmas is Fredericksburg and this house was the perfect set up for our stay. It is spacious and open. The decor is funky but fun and we’d definitely stay here again.
