The Space:
The 7 C's is a meticulously restored home with a rich history that dates back to its original construction in 1867. The property beautifully marries its historical charm with modern comforts, offering a unique and inviting space for guests. Let's take a detailed look at the configuration of this remarkable property.

Upon entering, you'll be captivated by the historical ambiance that permeates the living room. The focal point of this inviting space is a stone fireplace that exudes rustic elegance. Cozy seating arrangements are thoughtfully arranged around the fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room serves as the heart of the home, embodying the rich history and character.

The kitchen and an adjoining dining room that seamlessly blend to create the perfect environment for entertaining and savoring delicious meals. The fully equipped kitchen boasts updated appliances, making meal preparation a breeze.
A coffee bar is a delightful addition for those in need of a morning or afternoon pick-me-up. The dining table, thoughtfully nestled next to large windows, offers breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty, allowing guests to dine while immersed in the serene outdoors.

The home offers three well-appointed bedrooms, each providing a restful and comfortable retreat for guests. Two of these bedrooms feature king-sized beds adorned with luxurious linens, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
The third bedroom is especially unique, offering a king-sized bed and an additional twin bed in a fun loft space. This loft adds a touch of whimsy to the bedroom, making it an ideal space for families or groups with children. The bedrooms are designed to provide a serene and private escape for guests, with each one offering its own unique character and charm. Two full bathrooms that are well-equipped with modern fixtures and amenities.

An additional space known as "Lil Miss Bunkhouse." This rustic and charming bunkhouse offers three twin beds, making it the perfect retreat for youngsters or those seeking a unique and adventurous lodging experience. Lil Miss Bunkhouse also features its own bathroom, providing added privacy and convenience.

The outdoor shared space is designed for fun and relaxation for guests of all ages. It includes a playscape for children, a pavilion that offers a shaded retreat, making it an ideal spot for outdoor gatherings and picnics. Adjacent to the pavilion is "The Saloon," a fantastic recreational space equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, a chess table, and more. The Saloon is perfect for friendly competitions, game nights, and socializing.
A fire pit adds a cozy touch to the outdoor area, inviting guests to gather around the flames and enjoy the beauty of the starry night sky. A kitchenette ensures that refreshments and snacks are always within reach.

*There is a shared charcoal grill available under the pavilion, charcoal is not provided.

Guest Access:
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.
4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.
5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, cigars, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.
6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.
7. We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Customer Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.
8. Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.
9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.
10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

AC didn't work for 1/3 of our group staying in an adjacent out building for 2 of our 4 days. Had to eventually call to get someone to respond in a meaningful way, they eventually stopped responding to email and text. Internet also went out day 2 but that never was resolved and since this is a pretty remote area no Wi-Fi was available which means no tv/no streaming. Only found out after booking and just prior to check in that they don't refund for Internet OR AC outages. Cool location but go at your own risk
