My room was on the ground level. There was a big hole in the screen of the window. The bathroom was very rundown a big crack in the sink and around the tub look moldy with caulking covering it up. Also I had to request more then once for my room to get clean. It was around 3pm and still no housekeeping and next day I went out for the day came back and again and had to request housekeeping and waited to after 4. The next day I just didn't brother. The pool area is very nice not as bright as the pictures show online but it was still nice. The restaurant had great food and service. Was there for their Thanksgiving buffet aswell and everything was great nice and fresh hot The free breakfast is in the restaurant set up as a buffet style can't bring anything back to your room but that was okay it was nice. A good variety. I honestly wouldn't book this place again tho I was very disappointed with the service and looks of the room. Definitely not even close to what the pictures online look.

We had a great stay before heading out from Fredericton airport. This is a very large hotel, sometimes confusing, but with many amenities. There is a nice restaurant on site for dinner, and a morning breakfast buffet is available, including scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, and more. Our room was large but dark and in need of a makeover. The bathroom was in rough shape despite being clean. The hotel has lots of potential but needs some TLC. The reception clerk was extremely friendly and courteous. Nice spot to stop on your NB travels.

I found the room to be noisy. I was on second floor and the wifi was weak. I couldn’t work very effectively Also I could hear the heating/cooling system running as it was on the roof above my room Hotel switched my room when I mentioned this so all was well after that. Thru did this happily btw. I would stay again

Older hotel, needs some work. Probably could used independent decorators to brighten the place up rather than the minor patches that look like it was done by amatures. The bathroom is the most important thing people judge when entering a hotel room, if its not clean and looking run down, mold, shoddy repairs than its a big problem. Hire a consultant to do a review on the rooms and see what they see, probably the same thing other's see an older hotel that was a wonderful place at one time. But the lack of proper repairs and maintenance are evident everywhere.It's too bad they don't invest in it, to make it what it could be.

The hotel is going down hill from the last time I stayed there. Pool is unsafe in my opinion, no grate on the return line, possibility of someone's foot or hand getting sucked into it. Light under the water, not secured to the wall, just hanging there. Pool shower not the best, couldn't get any hot water. Bathroom sink in our room has no plug or screen to stop stuff from going down the drain. Hotel just looks run down. The staff was a pleasure to deal with. Had a nice continental breakfast, lots of food on hand. Probably won't go back for a third time.

The hotel is very old and smelly. You can literally see and tell that the property needs a 100% renovation. You can hear the noises from the other room. The property needs more lights. It looked like a hunted hotel because it was very dark. Front desk agents need to be more warm and welcoming. Thankfully, we just stayed 1 night. Not going to stay at this hotel anymore and will not recommend.

We stayed in a suit and it was great, my son loved the pool and watching the fish in the waterfall and after he was in bed got to relax in the jacuzzi. We stayed in room 244 which had a nice little seating are outside the door which was great when we had a few out of town friends walk up to our room to catch up without disrupting my son while sleeping. Will definitely stay there again in the future
