The facility and room was all in order with the hotel's 3 star rating, the on-site restaurant was good food and reasonably priced. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the in room air conditioner was just borderline. Not sure if actual sizing or simply needed maintenance, but it would take hours for each single degree it cooled the room. The room was set at 84 when I arrived so was day 2 before it reached my desired temp.

Although the staff was great and ended uo saving our trip home. The property had bees everywhere. They were in the rooms, in the lobby, throughout the common areas. It was horrible. Definitely dont recommend in November if you have a bee allergy and only one epipen.

The property and rooms were clean and maintained despite the age and dated appearance. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced for the Bahamas. Staff was friendly. Only drawback is no fridge or coffee maker in the room I had. I suppose I could have inquired at the desk but I ended up buying a styrofoam cooler and 20lb bag of ice.
