We arrived late for check-in due to the weather. All we wanted to do was rest, the beds were very comfy and just what we needed. The ice machine in our floor was out of order and our fridge was not cold. It was set at 3 and we turned up to 7, next morning it was cool but not cold enough to keep food or drinks cold. We checked out and the sidewalks and parking lot was very icy. There should be at least some salt out put down around vehicles and sidewalks to prevent a slip and fall. My kids loved the continental breakfast, we had to grab and go because we were running late for an event. Wish we got their earlier to spend some time in the pool. Thank you for the hospitality.

Noisy beautiful hotel.
Publié le 9 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe room was super clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. My complaints. The front desk service was a little unfriendly and unapologetic about it. And the noise after 11pm, we could hardly sleep due to the noise we called the front desk. It seemed as if someone was right outside our door having a whole conversation. But it could had been the connected room and you could hear all the walking and bumping on the above us.
