Room was dirty.. and pool was freezing they had all the windows open and my 3 year old face and lip started turning blue so had to take him back to the room

We had an awesome time with our family! Staff and facilities were absolutely great! The only thing I did not like were the arm bands as door keys. We had so much trouble getting them to work and the replacement free was crazy expensive when my daughter lost her band on a slide.
Otherwise, we loved our time and stay!

Bed has several blood spots on the sheets, pillows, and mattress. There also appeared to be urine stains on the mattress as well. When we complained front desk offered us a full refund, later found out they only refunded half of the cost. Would never recommend staying here

I thought it was weird that we weren’t treated the same because we used Expedia and not then. I asked for extra blankets several times and they told me traditional room service wasn’t offered to me.

Not being able to check into the room until 4 was not good. Didn’t care for no room key, had to be a wrist band.

Family friendly. Hotel staff was excellent & helped to make sure ask details were taken care of before arrival so check in went smoothly. Wonderful amenities within the hotel.
