Welcome to Visalia! Beautiful 2,150 sq ft family home with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths in a quiet neighborhood, fully kitchen and plenty parking spaces. A peaceful place for you and your family to relax and feel like home when you visit Sequoia National Park (45 min to the park entrance) or Kings Canyon National Park (1 hour driving). Close to gas stations, mall, restaurants, supermarkets, 5 min to Walmart, 12 min to Costco.
Nearby Activities: 8 min to downtown Visalia, 2 hours to Yosemite NP, 1 hour 50 min to Paso Robles. Ideal place for family reunion.

- Climate Control: To ensure comfort and energy efficiency, there are two thermostats that located in the hallway downstairs and in the master bedroom upstairs. It can be set to a minimum of 72°F during the summer and a maximum of 68°F during the winter.

- Security Cameras: For the security of the property, there are three (3) exterior security cameras installed: one camera for the doorbell monitoring the front door, one camera for the driveway (SE corner above the house number), and one camera over the backyard (NW corner above the window).

★ Before you leave, please take all trash bag from kitchen and bathroom to the trash bin outside. Then place the trash and recycle bins at the curb. ★

★ DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY IF YOUR CAR HAS LEAK OIL ★

We had to book this property on short notice and the owner was very accommodating. The property was extremely clean and very comfortable. It is, by far, the most well-equipped property I have ever rented. My family and I enjoyed our stay at this exceptional home.

Great place for us!

Pros: The property was exactly as described. Everything was clean and neat and all was easy to use. Loads of amenities. The location was great for us to get to all the places we needed to be (Visalia, Woodlake, Sequoia Natl Park, Exeter). Con’s: The only con would be the barking dogs next door. Not anything that can be controlled by the property owner. We didn’t have children trying to sleep so we dealt with it. It was annoying, but did not greatly impact our stay. Overall a lovely stay!

Beautiful Home, Quiet Neighborhood

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. Spacious enough to allow guests to have their personal time when needed. Open concept allows for everyone to be involved in the conversation whether in the kitchen or living room. Favorite part was being able to enjoy the firepit and gas grill in the backyard. The host is prompt with responses and provides clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Walmart is less than 3 minutes. Costco about 11 minutes. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful Home & Nice Neighborhood - (Barking Dogs)

This home is as advertised. It's beautiful and in a nice neighborhood of Visalia. If you're not used to removing your shoes, reminding everyone to do that when they come in the front door was a challenge. The downside, which has nothing to do with the home itself, is the neighbor has three big dogs that bark a lot when you pull into the driveway or step out onto the back patio. Thankfully, we spent most of our time with family in a different location, so that wasn't an issue. Be sure to take your kids to Adventure Park for a fun-filled day if you have the time. The host was great and responsive to all questions. I would absolutely stay here again when we come to visit our family in Ivanhoe.

Weekend Getaway

We visited Visalia for a wedding. House was really nice and surprisingly large. There was a lot more space then we needed. I suggest for any large family visiting. My husband is from this area and this house made him want to buy one in the area. This place felt just like home. Very spacious comfortable home. There was no shoes allowed inside, "just like our house" but was great because a variety of indoor and outdoor shoes were available. My kids were distracted by the foosball table which was also a plus. So was my husband. All sorts of amenities available. Walmart and grocery stores right down the street. Just all around a great home to stay at. Soon when we visit the family again, we may reconsider a hotel and attempt for this listing again! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!
