Lovely hotel, quiet area, staff were friendly! Shame the spa wasn’t free! But I enjoyed my stay there.

Excellent

Loved this hotel loved the staff ignore any negative reviews the drinks are plentiful the food varied spa and massage perfect shout out to Miquel the bar man we will go back plus entertainment on dour floor every night was fab

Not the best choice of hotel

8 nights half board stay from 25/03 to 03/04. Until April there was no animation at all, after that very poor. For the first time ever in my life I have been charged for a tap water in the restaurant and which is even worse the waiter even didn't told me that I should pay for a glass of water which I didn't touch at all. The hotel is on really high stip hill around 30 mins walking distance from the beach. I have 3-4 holidays during the year. Always stay in a 4 star hotels. From my experience until now this was worst 4 star hotel in my life. If I can say something good about the hotel I can mention the sun loungers which looked like new and actually were really comfortable

Poor but made good by the other guests

The food was of poor quality, fried or boiled food really low quality. Beds were uncomfortable and the showers were a nightmare. No drinking water available one of the days

The staff seemed really unhappy to be there and the service was bad. There would be a a queue for a drink and the one person serving would walk off to go and clean tables. There’s only ever one bar open in the entire resort. This means that after 9.30pm if you want any drink (soft or alcoholic) you have to queue to get one from the top floor disco. This queue was a running home at the hotel as it was always about 50 people long at any one time. Only cheap wine available at lunch and dinner and no option of any drink other that the self service flat Pepsi machine. This was a cheap hotel with no frills - it was in no way possible a 4 star hotel. The area around is awful - nothing to walk too other than a pebbled beach with nothing on. Food pretty much stayed the same for the full week. One night they might add a beef stew or something. As a vegetarian the options were plain rice. Broccoli and carrots. Although the salad bar was okay, it very repetitive and had lots of flies on. This is a budget hotel (3 star at most). Positives were the room was cleaned well and I had a massage for 45 euro at the hotel which was very good.
