Duplex apartment of 120m2, and 2 terraces of 50m2 each with sea and village views. This duplex is located in the heart of the village of Morro Jable, 200m from the beach and all shops and restaurants.
The apartment is secured with an ALARM and remote monitoring. A safe is available.
It includes a first level with: an entrance, a living room with television, a bedroom with double bed 140x200 and television, a shower room with WC, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hotplates, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a 50m2 panoramic village and sea view terrace with lounge and dining area.
On the second level: a hallway, a shower room with WC, a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and television, dressing room, a 50m2 solarium terrace with panoramic views of the village and the sea.
If necessary, the living room is equipped with a 140x200 convertible sofa.
The apartment is equipped with WIFI, free satellite TV and ADSL television, and air conditioning on the 2 levels.
This duplex has a staircase: it is recommended to take care when there are children.
A baby bed and a high chair are available: free stay for the baby (under 3 years old).

L'appartement de Thierry a Ă©tĂ© idĂ©al pour nous (1 couple avec 1 ado). Spacieux et rĂ©parti sur 2 Ă©tages, chacun a son espace avec une terrasse, avec vue sur le village et la mer. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Teresa avec qui nous avons fait le tour de l'appartement. Et Thierry n'a pas Ă©tĂ© avare pour nous conseiller de bonnes adresses oĂč manger. La situation est idĂ©ale avec le supermarchĂ© Ă  2mn et le coeur de village et les plage Ă  5mn. Je recommande vivement !

Stylish Apartment - Bit of a noisy area for us

Although the apartment is beautifully decorated and has almost everything you need, the location wasn't great for us. There is a car park and noisy road junction directly below / opposite the apartment. You may also experience some noise from the local residents. While this may not bother you if you're out and about all day we wanted to enjoy time on the sun terrace and outside dining area at various times of the day and so were a little irritated by the noise. We had hoped that being on the hill near the top of the town, it would be quieter but that wasn't the case. Obviously many others have stayed here and have left amazing reviews, I guess we all have different opinions and requirements of what makes the ideal holiday. The apartment entrance is off a very steep side road so care is needed if you have any mobility issues, it wasn't a problem for us but just be aware. The local town and surrounding area is right on your doorstep being just a few minutes walk away. The beach at Morro Jable is just superb, with literally miles of golden sand, truly magnificent and great to wander along as we did. The host and local management team were great and responsive to our queries and questions upon arrival.

Excellent spacious apartment near all local amenities - would not hesitate to stay here again. Communication with owner and property manager could not be faulted. There is a steep hill right outside the property but easy enough to go a longer flatter route for access if required.

Large private appt close to shops and beach

Enjoyed a lovely week in this clean, comfortable, well equipped and spacious apartment. The apartment is not overlooked by neighbouring properties and the sun terrrace gets sun from about 10:30am in April all the way through to sunset. The nearby Spar is perfect for croissants, fresh bread and everything else you might want during your stay. The long, sandy beach is a five minute walk away and the sea is beautifully calm and refreshing. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and we would recommend booking a table at Bodega del Jandia for an excellent tapas meal. All in all an excellent week in the sun. Thank you Thierry!

Super Unterkunft

Wir waren knapp 2 Wochen hier. Teresa war beim Check-in sehr hilfsbereit und bemĂŒht (vielen Dank nochmal) und auch Thierry war sowohl bei der Kommunikation im Vorfeld, als auch wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts, sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuverlĂ€ssig (auch hier nochmal danke!) Die Unterkunft selbst war exakt wie beschrieben, großzĂŒgige BĂ€der, bequeme Betten (mit richtigen und getrennten Bettdecken-was in Fuerteventura selten ist) und die Terrassen sind sehr groß und die untere wurde tĂ€glich zum FrĂŒhstĂŒcken genutzt. Ja, sie liegt an einer Straße und da kann es auch mal lauter sein, aber man kann nicht in der NĂ€he von Strand, Stadt und Supermarkt sein wollen und gleichzeitig abgelegen wohnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Dieses saubere und sehr schön eingerichtete Apartment entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Lage ist sehr zentral mit Blick auf Atlantik und dem schönen Teil von Morro Jable (man sieht zum GlĂŒck nicht die architektonische BausĂŒnde Matorral ).

Super Wohnung

Die Wohnung allein hat uns bewogen sie spontan noch einmal zu besuchen. Wer gerĂ€uschempfindlich ist ist hier nicht gut aufgehoben. Leben mitten in einem spanischen Urlaubsort muss man mögen. Wir waren es. Die Wohnung mit ihrer GrĂ¶ĂŸe und der nahen Strandlage war fĂŒr uns perfekt.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist fĂŒr einen Urlaubsaufenthalt perfekt. Super ausgestattet, vor allem in der KĂŒche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt sogar eine SpĂŒlmaschine. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Hervorzuheben ist auch die große Sonnenterrasse sowie eine ĂŒberdachte Terrasse, auf der man von der Sonne geschĂŒtzt herrlich frĂŒhstĂŒcken kann. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der StraßenlĂ€rm hĂ€lt sich in Grenzen. In der Wohnung selbst ist es ganz ruhig. In der NĂ€he befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt. Auch den Strand erreicht man in wenigen Minuten. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefĂŒhlt und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem EigentĂŒmer und der Kontaktperson vor Ort war super.

Other than the hill 


The owner, Thierry, has been a complete joy to work with. Only a couple of small matters that were not urgent at all, and he responded immediately via text. The property was spotlessly clean and much appreciated. The hill to the apartment is extremely steep 
 as a senior with failing knees, this was a daily challenge. The apartment directly across the road is extremely run-down and seems full of dodgy characters. A block (yes, down that darn hill) is a very large SPAR supermarket with an excellent selection of everything you could need, including freshly made baked goods and breads. Overall this was everything we expected and more. By the way, the beds are every bit as good as home and super comfortable. Highly recommended for someone looking to be in the centre of the town, in a very large space with huge decks and terraces.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser schönen, komfortablen und gerĂ€umigen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Übergabe durch Teresa verlief optimal. Der Ersatz eines defekten GerĂ€tes wurde durch den Vermieter innert kĂŒrzest möglicher Zeit erledigt. Wir wĂŒrden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

PROS:casa amplia, con luz y cerca de la playa. Grandes terrazas. CONTRAS:Sofas de salĂłn y terraza muy muy muy sucio. No hay puertas en dormitorio principal, ni en cocina. Se oye TODO. No hay cortinas ni persianas en salĂłn.... . Llevar antifaz si quieres dormir sin luz

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Objekt. Der LĂ€rm der Straße ist schon etwas lauter, da es etwas hoch schallt, man gewöhnt sich aber schnell daran und weis sich zu helfen. Die zwei Terrassen sind sehr praktisch und groß. Die Ausstattung im allgemeinen ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und es war alles vorhanden. Auflagen fĂŒr die Liegen auf der oberen Terrasse waren leider nicht vorhanden, wĂ€ren aber nicht verkehrt. Ausserdem, zwei Badezimmer sind Gold wert und der begehbare Kleiderschrank war eine tolle Unterwaschung. Die Entfernung zum Strand und zum Supermarkt sind nicht groß und alles ist sehr schnell erreichbar. Wir werden die Wohnung fĂŒr die nĂ€chste Reise auf die Insel im Hinterkopf behalten. Preis Leistung fĂŒr 4 Personen ist völlig ok, bei 2 Personen wĂ€re es doch ein wenig Zuviel (Vergleich vor der Buchung schon Mal nachgesehen), da wĂ€re ein alternatives Angebot Super. Im Großen und Ganzen ist dieses Objekt zu empfehlen!

Urlaub trotz Corona

Großartiges Objekt fĂŒr Coronazeiten mit Ausgangssperre, weil es zwei sehr große Terrassen hat. Man konnte sich wenigstens Sonnen und hatte einen herrlichen Blick auf den Atlantik. Ich wĂŒrde dieses Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen.
