The staff was not helpful at all when we asked for help to resolve the problem of parking just next door of the hotel.

This was close to transportation, about a 20 minute walk to Yakuin station and convenient spot as there was convenience stores nearby

Our closest subway station is Watatabe-dori station and the second closest is Yakuin station and both station is about 5 to 10 minutes form our hotel by walk.
Many restaurants, super markets and 24H convenience stores are near our hotel.

The room didn't have any windows to look out of - we felt like we were in a closet. We used the laundry facilities, which were clean and accessible. Otherwise, the room was serviceable, but not somewhere I would stay again.

Location is great however the bed is small for two people. The breakfast buffet is ok not enough food.

I'm sorry for an inconvenient that you experienced during your stay.
Semi-double bed is 123cm×198cm so it could be a little small for 2 persons to sleep. We recommend twin rooms for a family or group use.
Breakfast is Japanese Western style which is available by 750 yen per person.
