Reception staff were especially warm and attentive, making every interaction smooth and pleasant. The hotel’s location is excellent. Being directly connected to Canal City Shopping Mall makes shopping, dining, and entertainment effortless. Within a 10-minute walk, you can explore Kushida Shrine, one of Fukuoka’s most historic shrines, and the Hakata Machiya Folk Museum, a beautifully preserved traditional house showcasing local life and craftsmanship. The lounge near the fountain has friendly staff and great desserts with coffee and tea just to relax for the night listening to piano and solo singer who are both amazing. Their Spa is something to check out too! Very clean and friendly staff. I will go here again. Highly recommend.
