The hotel is a short walk from Hakata station and Canal City. Hotel staff were very welcoming and check in was completed quickly using the machine. The rooms are comfortable and the toilet was well designed with a door separating the toilet and bath area. The best part of this hotel is the breakfast! Not a good hotel for elderly. Our room was tiny and did not have an exterior window. You have a step up to the bathroom and a huge climb getting into the tub to take a shower. Breakfast spread was large but always the same and everything was cold. Was convenient to train station and had a convenience store close. Not a lot of local restaurants but train station had many food choices, Would not stay here again.
