A lot of great food around the corner. There is 7-11 and family mart down stair. Hotel also has hot springs on the top floor

Comfortable Hotel
Posted Nov. 12, 2023 on HotelsStayed 4 nights at the hotel. Room was comfortable. Within walking distance to the yatai and many restaurants around the area. It's within the red light district so would not recommend it if you have children with you.

Basically it was great.
The room was big enough and the bed sheets were cleaned. But the floor wasn't vacuumed. It needed dusting.
The spa was affordable. Breakfast was the best of all.
The location was convenient enough to visit for Hakata station and Tenjin. But not for family trip at night.

You can say it's a good location, but on the other side at night there are lots of ladies standing around the area and looking for customers. If you come with a family, you may feel uncomfortable at night.
But the rooftop bath is amazing.
Room is nice and clean.

A comfortable accommodation that is very conveniently located, almost at the doorstep of the Matsuyama castle and adjacent a major dining and shopping area. Our room was a decent size for two people and quite quiet. The only downside was that the bathroom did not ventilate well so drying hang to dry clothing was slow. The public bath and breakfast area are both on the top floor and have wonderful views. The breakfast selection is quite comprehensive so that meal is a real pleasure when views are taken into account.

Great location. Able to walk to tenjin and hakata in around 15 mintues. And easy access to the fukuoka airport.
