Good location: Hakata Station, Canal City and Tenjin in walking distance. Rooms are small and cleanliness could be improved (carpet under bed a bit filthy)! Staff nice: front desk, housekeepers, restaurant). Would not recommend hotel restaurant; many better places to eat nearby. Hotel was not bad but Iโ€™m spoiled. My job entails travel so Iโ€™m accustomed to staying in better hotels. Thatโ€™s all! Arigato Gozaimasu!

Front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Our flight going back home was at 8:30pm so we requested a late check out. Front desk informed us that if we checked out anytime after 1pm check out we will be charged. We decided to check out at 1pm and have them hold our luggage. Upon checking out they informed us that we will be charged. We explained what we were told the previous night they told us โ€œsorry for the misunderstandingโ€ and then demanded we pay. The amount we were charged wasnโ€™t a problem but the way we were treated was a deal breaker. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.
