The location was great. Quiet and safe neighborhood, however, the showers are disgusting and very small, and the beds are extremely uncomfortable (the “Master” suite might as well have been a blowup mattress). On day two of our stay, the hot water heater went out. After our second day at the park, when we returned to the home in the evening, there was no hot water. We waited until the morning to see if it would fix itself but there was absolutely no hot water in the home. My family and I had plans but could not bathe. We decided to leave (check-out) early and find new accommodations near by. We contacted the host, let him know, and kindly asked for a refund, only for the day we had to leave (which was one day prior to checkout) and all he said was he was sending a tech to fix the heater. He didn’t respond after we requested a refund. Very responsive when he wanted to be but once we explained we had other plans and couldn’t wait around for the heater to be fixed, he when silent. Very disappointed in the property and the individual who was communicating with us. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Great place to stay

Overall this was a really nice place. There were minor cosmetic issues in the shower/bath and the main TV had a ding in it. But the property was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable too. We were more than happy with the location. Couldn't have asked for a better one. Very safe, quiet neighborhood. Coffee, shopping and groceries just a short walk or drive away. Owner was available for the few times I had questions. I would stay here again
