Disgusting

This was absolutely horrible. Immediately upon entering the room, it smelled sooo bad. I immediately asked for a different room. They asked if I had slept in the bed. I had not and told them I pulled back the bedding to see if the smell was coming from there. They told me they couldn't change rooms. My husband went to shower and stepped in something sticky. We have no idea what it was but appeared to be pet urine. I called again to front desk. They refused room change, refused refund, and said they didnt have any housekeeping. Offered me a bottle of febreeze. I wiped up the area with a wet towel and it was brown. It smelled absolutely horrible in that room. I asked for ice because the ice machine was broke. They told me to give them some time and they would get me ice. A few minutes later my husband went to get ice and they handed him a huge block of ice and hammer. The manager wasnt in until the next day and offered 20% off my next stay. I'll never stay here again.

Great for saving money on acomidations

Nothing bad to say. Just realize you’re getting a no frills bed and shower. And for that need it’s perfect when you want to save a few bucks.

Important: expedia took my money, but did not pay the hotel. It took 1 1/2 hrs of taking to clear of the issue. I will try to avoid booking from expedias the next time
