The property was in poor shape. The baseboards and doors were all scratched up and the bathroom had evidence of mold from a shower door that did not close/seal properly. The kitchen supplies were limited and there was only one dish towel available. There were stinky fragrance diffusers throughout the home, which was overwhelming especially for folks who are sensitive to perfumes. There were holes in the blinds in two places, leaving us without privacy. There were no washcloths for bathing, and we were told by the host this was too personal of an item to offer. The neighbors had a loud party throughout the early morning hours and there were several verbal altercations that made us feel unsafe, which prevented us from sleeping. We do not recommend this rental.

I would put negative stars if it would allow me to. Front door open halve way, when closed 1/2” gap between door and floor. Grease totally covered oven floor. Wife put on oven cleaner it smoked up house no working fire alarm. Rear door hard to close. Back yard had construction debris and had not been mowed. No wash cloths. So many electrical air fresheners plugged in you couldn’t breathe. Roach flew off wall. Main lighting in living room to low will heat head on. The pictures of property dry deceiving! Emailed owner no response. I should’ve reported first day but had to have place to stay for week and already paid for. This home has black mold in bathroom due to shower doors leaking. Also bathroom sink drains very slowly. Bubbles when toilet is flushed. Floor very un level and tile moves when you walk across. My first and last Vrbo rental

My plans changed last minute and I did not stay the night, but it was very cute. The neighborhood is an old gnv neighborhood that’s makes for nice walks. The neighbors were very, very close to the house, which for some reason I didn’t expect. But other than that, great. The host was really communicative too!
