Wish there was more than one hotel in the area...

The floor was dirty when I walked in. I could see things that could have definitely been vacuumed/mopped. It was late when I checked in and I just wanted to get to bed. Wi-fi was down and no continental breakfast was set. I forgot my toothpaste and they had no essential items behind the desk.

Friendly staff, hardly saw them over 4 days. Hotel was clean but sparse. Continental breakfast was fruit loops. Nothing bad, but nothing great either.

Cheap stay

Decent for a quick place to spend the night. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The lobby area is in need to updating and the complimentary breakfast was a joke. Two kids breakfast cereals, 4 slices of white bread, grape jelly, a carafe of orange juice in the mini fridge and a cold pot of coffee.

Room heater did not work. The advertised breakfast was negligible. Milk and stale cereal. Coffee was inconsistently provided. Bed we’d was comfy. Neighbors were considerate.

We have stayed here many times in the past although it has been since before Covid. The facilities condition has deteriorated immensely, the continental breakfast is almost non existent (most everything was old and/or stale), the provided shampoo/conditioner/lotion bottles had been opened and previously used, and the staff took a digital photo of my driver’s license. I understand verifying my identity but keeping a photo of it is a bit extreme especially living in the world we live in today.

All was good with the property but they charged us a 150.00 deposit At check in. Never before have I had this happen.

Do not recommend staying

I booked 2 queen beds and got two full. Everything in the area was booked so had to take it. After that we could not get anyone to come to the desk to complaint and when we checked out, I was still billed for 2 queen beds. There were poorly patched seams on the ceiling like a small wall was removed.
