3rd Floor Beachfront Condo with a Fantastic view of the Gulf —Sleeps 2.

Our wonderful piece of paradise is a 3rd floor condo located on the east end of Galveston, at Islander East. It is a wonderfully decorated, beachfront, studio condo with an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. You will be able to enjoy this wonderful view while sitting in 2 tall high-back chairs, so as to see over the railing, with a table in the middle. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine or drink while watching the waves crash right in front of you. The beach is just a few steps away, across the private footbridge and over the dunes.

In the large room, you will find a loveseat and smart TV.

You will also find a very nice Queen-size bed with a comfy Tempurpedic mattress.

In the remodeled Bath, you will find a wonderful walk-in shower with custom tile. There is a little step up into the shower with a gripping handle next to the entrance.

The condo comes with private WiFi. You will be given the login once booked.

In our newly remodeled Kitchenette, you will find a small refrigerator with a small freezer, a 2-burner electric cook-top, and a microwave. We supply also a blender, toaster, and a convection oven for your use. We also have plenty of glasses for your use, pots and pans, and dishes.

A 42" wall-mounted TV can be seen from the bed and sofa. It’s a smart TV so that you access your Netflix, Hulu, etc.

We welcome only 2 guests

Fees that will be charged at the time of booking or just after:

Nightly rental fee; State and City Hotel Taxes of 15%. A cleaning fee of $80 for your stay; A resort Fee of $30; A Property Fee of $15 per night; A VRBO service fee. (This is a percentage of your rental fee set by VRBO); A refundable damage deposit of $100. This is a hold placed on your credit card and it is released 14 days after you depart unless we have to claim damages.

You must be 25 years of age to rent our condo.

Winter Texans are welcome.

During hurricane season, June to November, no refunds will be given unless there is a named category 1 or higher storm heading to Galveston. A change of date may be possible.
