9th Floor Luxury Oceanfront Condo

Just remodeled beautiful 9 th floor ocean front condo, come and enjoy a relaxing vacation. The condo has unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Ocean Grove is an upscale, gated community with oceanfront views! Lots of activities nearby: *NEW: Babes Beach a quarter of a mile with in walking distance, Schlitterbahn Water Park, Moody Gardens, pier fishing, movie theaters, go-carts, restaurants, shopping, golfing, hiking, and much more to keep you entertained.

This 3 bedroom condo has a master suite with a king size memory foam mattress and 39" TV with extended cable channels, and jacuzzi tub. The 2 guest bedrooms both have queen size memory foam mattresses and 32" TVs with extended cable channels. The guest bathroom has a washer/dryer and standup shower. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Furnished with nice contemporary furniture and decor. All beds have 540 thread count linens. Travertine tile floor throughout the entire condo. The kitchen has granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliance, and all the cooking utensils and tools you'll need to cook with and more! The living room has top grain leather sofa and reclining chairs, 65" 4k TV with extended cable channels, blue ray DVD player and Wi-Fi. This condo sits over the swimming pool perfect for watching your kids from the balcony while sipping your favorite beverages. Located next to the pool is the picnic area which has charcoal grills and tables available for your use. There is also a gym overlooking the pool. There are 2 assigned covered parking spaces.

We provide beach chairs and beach towels for your use during your stay.

This place was perfect. The property manger communicated several days before we got there on how to check in. I even asked a few questions and they responded quickly. I really enjoyed it being on the ninth floor because it gave a wonderful view of the ocean and was high enough you couldn’t hear any street noise. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. The location was perfect, right next to the beach and only about a mile into town.

Nice Great view of the Gulf of America

First the owner was very easy to communicate with and often led the conversation (recommendations on restaurants, POI, etc.). This is a clean 3BR 2Ba condo. Well kept and furnished, We enjoyed time on the balcony overlooking the "GoA" and all the shipping tankers/cargo and other ships (I enjoyed watching the pelicans that were often just off of the balcony - heading out over the ocean). Appliances were newer/clean and functioned well. Towels/chairs for the beach are supplied. Located away from the noisier part (east end) of Galveston, so it is a quiet and we felt very safe at our location/neighborhood. The residents and the staff were all very friendly, and definite plus for extended stays. It is about a 15 minute drive to get to most of the attractions (Strand, Pleasure Pier, Downtown Shops) - but Galveston is very easy to navigate, so we often would drive down to those areas for entertainment or restaurants. We also spent days just reading on the balcony, going across the street to the beach, or down by the pool.The property is on the 9th floor, so it is necessary to use the elevators. For longer stays (like ours) it would have been convenient if there had been more eating utensils, trash bags and paper goods.

The dwelling was as advertised. It was very clean, with fresh towels, linens, dishes, and comfortable furniture. I slept like a baby on the mattresses in every room. The space easily accommodated our family of 4 and even provided us with some space if we pleased. The host was just great. He was on the phone with me within 10 minutes of my booking, giving me all the details. He was very polite and down to earth. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. You truly cannot beat the value!

Fantastic Condo!

The condo was super clean and even better than described. I will definitely book this condo for our next Galveston trip we had 5 people in our family, all over 18. There was plenty of room to visit and all 3 bedrooms were nice and private. The view was spectacular. Easy access to the beach. We had zero problems and zero complaints. John was an outstanding host.

Nice unit and location

Unit is as shown in the pictures. Was well maintained, especially considering we were just past the busy summer season. Good amenities (full size bar soap for the win!!), good location with slightly less crowded beach right across the street and short walk to Jimmy's on the Pier. Less busy part of Seawall so if looking for a stay where you can walk to lots of amenities, this might not be the best location, but worked for us. Two covered parking spaces. Great views of the Gulf from ninth floor windows/balcony, and reasonable price for what you are getting.

Wonderful property, exactly as pictured! Great, unobstructed views of the ocean, great location, quiet, clean, and fun decor. We would happily stay here again! They even provided beach chairs, boogie boards, and a few other amenities. Kitchen was well stocked too. Very comfortable for our group of 6.
