The room was clean, quiet and spacious. We were very comfortable and enjoyed that there were shops within walking distance. The Seawall was less than a 10 minute drive.

The staff was amazing and very helpful anytime I had a question they were great at answering it. The facility and my hotel room was always clean. Nice little hotel breakfast. The hotel was at a great spot for me. It was walkable to the Strand, as well as a few other spots that I wanted to go to including the boat tours I went on. My view from my window was amazing. Would definitely stay there again and recommend.

It was clean but mediocre.

The phones didn’t work properly to call down to the front desk. The woman working the desk seemed annoyed and bothered both times we called with questions (what time is checkout etc). The rooms were clean but generic. Great location if you’re going on a carnival cruise but the walk to the Royal Caribbean dock was impossible with suitcases and kids.

Our room had a terrible odor showerhead mildew on top have several pictures that I would not like to post because they were pretty bad. Take lots of money to stay here. I was definitely at one or two star hotel.

Always love staying here! Close to everything in a walkable distance in the historic strand. Miss Dee at the front desk is the sweetest and so helpful. Im from the area but she always will ask what plans are and give suggestions of places to visit. The Elissa (tall ship) and museum is next door, its a must visit. So many restaurants and shops around. We always have a great time at this hotel, my grandparents would even stay here after they moved from Galveston. Definitely recommend!
