We loved this little house !! It was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean , well maintained and in a great location. The beach is just a short distance away. We would like to book this same property again on our next visit.

Huge wasp nest that had been there for quite awhile with aggressive wasps. Husband was stung 3 times and it took a day and a half for someone to come get rid of it. Wasps then started swarming the downstairs.The next night, cockroach. We promised a contact for. Property manager no contact and spent the rest of the 3 days of our stay on edge. Tub did not plug. Grill, but no grilling utensils.Coffee machine, but clearly had never been cleaned and had grime and grounds inside the water reservoir. 7 day stay, and only 1 laundry pod. The liquid hand soap and shower supplies did smell really great, and the home was in a very safe and friendly community.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the tree house. Everything was as described. Very cute decor. The outdoor area had a great atmosphere with all the plants. Definitely lives up to it's name! Short walk to the beach was convenient. Just packed up my wagon and I was set! I brought my own chairs/towels, but it was nice to see they also supplied them. Would definitely stay again!

Peaceful Beach house

Quiet neighbourhood with a short walk to the beach. The town was close, but no vendors, stores or restaurants were open within walking distance. We enjoyed the quiet and solitude.

Nightmare

Our stay in this rental property in Galveston was disappointing from start to finish. The property was unclean upon arrival and even had cockroaches, which was an unpleasant surprise. Despite the listing advertising beach towels, there were none available. The beds were extremely uncomfortable—the worst we've experienced, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. To add to the frustration, the dryer didn’t work. We reached out to customer service multiple times via calls and texts, yet no one came to fix it. With the rainy weather, we couldn't even dry our clothes, and it felt like customer service was simply giving us the runaround. Ultimately, we left two days earlier, feeling like the whole experience was a waste of time and money. This stay truly ruined our vacation, and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

This spot is perfect, super clean, the downstairs is amazingly done as well. Just a step few steps away from the beach. A beach house paradise. It has everything. Customer service was stellar. Good old fashioned service with a smile.

Fabulous weekend getaway!

Absolutely loved the property and will book it again. Good location/proximity to the beach. The house has multiple “community” spaces as well as individual relaxing spaces. The house is well stocked and the design maximized its space efficiently! And, the pricing was great! It’s definitely worth it, even in the high season!

The property was absolutely gorgeous! Very clean well kept and within a few minutes walk to the beach. I was looking forward to cooking on the grill but there was not a grill. But other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and will rent it again in the future.

wish I could have stayed longer

The property had everything but a wagon to haul your stuff to the beach. Even so, it was just a few houses from the beach access and the beach there was not very crowded. I recommend it. The house was just enough for 1 or two. Very comfortable.
