Publié le 21 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayJohn's place is fantastic for hosting a group of 8! Everyone had their own beds and enough space. The outdoor decks are AMAZING and its right on the beach. Kitchen is fully loaded. Would stay again!

Doesn’t Get Much Better
Publié le 18 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house is a dream. If you love to wake up and have coffee on the deck next to the ocean, this is the perfect place. Choice of 2 decks. Almost a 180 degree view of the ocean. Roomy home (we had a family of 5). You can find a place out of the sun at any point in the day with the decks. Or just walk to the beach in 10 seconds.

It is perfectly situated so the upper deck gets the morning sun but shaded in the afternoon- perfect for reading a good book while enjoying the sound of the waves. The outdoor shower and hose for rinsing sandy paws and feet was perfect. Although there was public beach access by the house, there was no car access so the beach wasn't super crowded. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a rack in the pantry to store groceries so cooking our meals wasn't an issue. Would definitely recommend!

Family Multigenerational trip!
Publié le 26 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis trip was to celebrate my son-in-law's 40th birthday. The trip included two grandmothers, our adult children and our two granddaughters, ages 8 and 5. What an incredible family trip! We were right on the beach! The four bedrooms worked perfect for our family. We then took a cruise from Galveston to Costa Maya and Cozumel. It was a first cruise for my daughter and granddaughters!
