The room was clean but def need a remodeling. And on night 2, I looked at the shower curtain and noticed that there was blue toothpaste on the curtain. I almost blamed my daughter and realized our toothpaste was white…needless to say, it clearly hadn’t been washed. Also the water pressure was terrible! Everything else was okay.

I’m very disappointed with my stay at this Sharaton hotel. I booked a room with one bed, but when I checked in, the staff told me they ran out of rooms with one bed and gave me a room with two single beds instead. This was not what I booked, and it made my stay uncomfortable. The staff didn’t offer any proper solution or compensation. I expected better service from Sharaton.

Clean and quiet. Satisfied there. However, the gated and paid parking that you find out about AFTER you book is annoying and inconvenient. Getting in and out is a hassle, the parking is expensive and friends couldn’t visit without me walking out to the parking area and using my key card to let them out. I wouldn’t book this property again for this reason alone.

I booked a two-week stay through Expedia and the experience was catastrophic. The room was severely defective, outdated, and dirty, with broken fixtures and neglected common areas (including mold in guest laundry). Management repeatedly ignored my documented requests regarding cleanliness and the defective room that caused physical discomfort. When I raised these legitimate service failures, the hotel management did not resolve the issues. Instead, they became hostile, denied my requested extension, and their General Manager fabricated a false and defamatory allegation against me to shift blame and avoid accountability. This was a clear act of retaliation for raising complaints. This property provides a hostile, substandard, and unethical guest experience. I was forced to relocate mid-stay due to the unacceptable conditions and management's retaliatory tactics. Expedia needs to take note of the properties it lists. Avoid the Sheraton Garden Grove – Anaheim South at all costs. True Rating: 0/5 Stars

Amazing property! I always love staying here. My boyfriend and I have booked this hotel a couple times and we weren't disappointed. Rooms were very clean, stocked full of amenities, updated, and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The hotel is also walking distance to a Target across the street as well as multiple other restaurants/shops. Super convenient and 10 min drive to Disneyland. Highly recommend :)
