WiFi doesn’t work in room.

WiFi did not work in our room. The only place it would work was in the lobby after multiple attempts.

The parking lot was not cleared of snow very dangerous walking. Its a pet friendly hotel but no signs saying you cant bring your pet in the lobby. Morning clerk at the desk was very rude about it. Will not stay here again

The front clerk Cassidy was fantastic. She assisted me in getting my hotels.com reservation changed because of an error with having a dog in the room I reserved.

Microtel inn was perfect for an overnight stay. Conveniently located and was safe with ample parking. The staff were excellent and helpful. I would stay there again when doing a long trip to Myrtle Beach

The manager was very unhelpful in checking us in. Possibly because I made the reservation online just before going to the hotel, the payment from Expedia had not processed yet. The manager Nancy acted like it was my problem and refused to check us in, and told me I needed to call Expedia. Very unprofessional and no concern for the client who had been traveling all day. I also suggested the manager handle the problem instead of letting her cork muddle through.

Find another hotel ... not worth it

The Hotel is not being kept well. Our room had a broken microwave and a broken hair dryer. The inernet was not just slow, my husband could not connect to the wifi. I could connect after 20 minutes of trying. The TV kept on freezing because the system was too week so it kept on buffering. The staff were not frendly. I usually do not give a bad review but I was really disappointed with this hotel.

bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine, internet did not work or super complicated to log into.
