The staff was great. The only issue was we had bugs in our room. We found them in the shower and on the valance which made it hard to be able to sleep comfortably

The beds were really soft and comfortable and they gave a lot of pillows which we love! The continental breakfasts were very carb heavy for those who eat healthier and tea options were limited, but there are a lot of restaurants around town that serve breakfast all day. Coffee shops too. We also loved the location of this hotel as it was right outside of the busy area and was nice and quiet, but still close enough to walk to everything in town. Lost one star just because the bathroom was small and had older stone in the shower which was obviously hard for them to keep clean.

It far exceeded pur expections! Balcony & fireplace, breakfast good, staff frisndly & helpful, beds were comfy. My only dismay was the shower head, no power, just a soft rain. I like the showerheads that are wands.
