Great vacation home! Had a wonderful time. The views from the cabin were beautiful in the heart of fall. Our host provided us with all the info we needed and the cabin was clean and well stocked. Definitely watch out for the bears as they check things out frequently and don’t leave anything (including soda cans) in your car! The fire pit and hot tub were welcome extras that got a lot of use. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon! Thank you!

It was a very nice cabin with pretty views, enough bedrooms/bathrooms for everyone, plenty of parking for 3 cars, games for kids and much more. The cleanliness was lacking though. The couches/beds haven’t been moved in ages to vacuum under. We noticed as we had to keep retrieving the kids toys. The windows on the doors to decks were filthy with finger prints/smudges. The toilet in the master had pee down the front with dust accumulating on it. It would have been a 5 star rating otherwise.

Great location with close proximity to a Smoky mountain National park entrance and downtown Gatlinburg. The view is beautiful. The 4 king bedrooms with en suite is great whentraveling with all adults. Walmart grocery delivery available to the door. Very convenient.

Beautiful, clean cabin with stunning views. It takes your breath away every day. We were with my 3 adult kids and 2 dogs. Everyone had their own king bed, bathroom and private decks. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of seating for eating and just hanging out. 2 family rooms if you needed some extra space. Perfect place for our pups too. We saw bears almost every day! So that was exciting! There’s a store very close with everything you need and some cute villages to shop in Gatlinburg which were about 10 min away. Pigeon Forge was only 20-30 min away. The hiking trails were also super close.

This is a beautiful home that is in a great location!! You are up in the mountains, but just a few minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and stores. The views are outstanding and we had daily bear activity.

Beautiful house just a short ride from downtown Gatlinburg. The house was clean and comfortable and the view was great. There were mountain views and also views of downtown Gatlinburg. Definitely a property I would stay at again. It was in a quiet area and even had a flat lawn in the front of the house .

Really nice cabin close to Gatlinburg. Had great view of the mountains and can see downtown Gatlinburg. Plenty of room for parking and the cabin had everything we needed for our stay. It’s Al about the View

Bella Vista was everything we hoped it would be! It was perfect for our family of 9 and allowed everyone the privacy they wanted but also provided a nice sized family room with an amazing view for those all together times! The kitchen was well equipped we everything we might need for cooking. The Christmas tree was up and it made for such a cozy home feeling. We can’t wait to return for another visit!

Rented this cabin with a group of friends for my birthday. The cabin is beautifully located with beautiful views of downtown Gatlinburg and the mountains. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was equiped with everything that we needed. The owner was always readily available to answer any questions. Will definitely return.

The views were simply AMAZING!!! If you are looking for a cabin to rent with stunning views this cabin hands down should be the one to stay at. The owners were wonderful as well. We were so lucky to see bears every day. We made wonderful memories here.

The beds was dirty, the pillows smell bad. I got itchy skin on my body the first night, the bed had some small black specks on it. They don't have a coffee filter, much less sugar. the bathrooms smelled bad.

Breakfast at Tiny pancake house is fantastic and super close. We saw lots of bears in the front yard. So cute! Another fantastic place to eat dinner is the greenbrier restaurant. Literally 4 minutes away.

Great Property!

My grandson graduated high school and decided on Gatlinburg for a family trip. We rented this home to accommodate 13 people- my husband and I, my three grown kids, their spouses, and my grandchildren (between the ages of 3 and 18). It was a great home in a great location and definitely served us well. The house was clean and spacious. Each room has a bathroom which was helpful with so many people. We had quite a few bear visitors, they even ate our corn hole bags! The location is up a steep road but the view from the top is great. The basketball net was an added bonus. Overall, our stay was great, no issues at all. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views, very private

What you see is what you get; very accurate listing. But I want to mention some things that you might not realize. 3.5 balcony-style areas. Each of the four bedrooms has access (either directly or it's right next to it) to their own balcony. 2 of the 'balconies' are on the ground level and one of those has the hot tub... that's why I say ' 3.5 balcony-style'. There is no large/massive balcony for 12 people to hang out on all at once. The 2 balconies on the main floor can comfortably fit 6 people. The balconies are also quite private. Other neighboring cabins clearly have no privacy at all: You could be out on your balcony and you could throw an orange to somebody in a different rental. But THESE balcony areas were not exposed to many other windows etc from neighboring properties The kitchen is stocked well with cutlery, dishes and cooking equipment. There was nothing we were looking for that we couldn't find. I think we only saw 1 cutting board and it was broken - still usable. The AC was a bit weak; it was never very uncomfortable but not quite cold. Cool arcade game. Master Bath's soaking tub was great. Entering/exiting driveway was rough do to columns close to path. My only complaint would be that the emails from the owners were overbearing. Lots of repeated info and many negative sentences blaming prior guests for some of the rules. I advise running the automated emails through ChatGPT. 4/5 for communication 4/5 for A/C 90/90 everything else 98/100 total :)

Great Getaway

This was a great place to spend some time together as a family. We had 13 people in our party, 7 adults and 6 children. There was plenty of space to gather as a family and also have some private space when needed. The cabin is beautiful, with a well equipped kitchen, nice views, and aworking hottub. Just be prepared for a very steep ascent to get to the cabin. We all made it up in 2wd, but that would not be the case in winter weather. It would be even more treacherous going down in a situation like that. We had about 5 bear encounters during our 5 day stay at the cabin. None were agressive, but they were definetly comfortable around humans, so alwayss be smRt. Check in and check-out process was smooth. The only small complaint I have was that one of the pull out beds was grimy and the right hand lower bathroom door handle was not functioning properly. We couldn't get it to lock properly, until one point we locked ourselves out. The owner was good about andwering my questions thoroughly and in a timely manner via text. Overall, great stay.
