The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room has been upgraded. The office staff were all great. The breakfast was not great, nothing more than a school cafeteria would give you. Location is great for walking through Gatlinburg.

The hotel location was great but the quality of the room and the facilities was subpar. Mismatched furniture, TVs on odd walls that you couldnt use, broken and unsafe stairs. The whole facility appears to be poorly maintained. I wouldnt visit again.

Disappointment this stay.

Stayed in the neighboring room to the one we had last month. It's amazing how rooms right next to each other can be in such different conditions. Unfortunately this time the room had a malfunctioning smoke detector battery which was taken care of by housekeeping the next afternoon. The refrigerator motor ran, but did not cool and the food we had inside was lost. The bathroom off the bedroom had a broken shower curtain rod causing the curtain to shift to the center of the rod and making it extremely hard to not get water all over the floor. Housekeeping only seemed to replace the smoke detector battery , change out the towels and empty the trash. Bed was not made and no toiletries left for the night. Thinking it's time to try another hotel next time we visit Gatlinburg.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We stayed on the 4th floor, in a loft room. The ac unit near the entrance door leaked so the carpet was damp. The carpet, where it met the linoleum was frayed and ripped. The floor of the tub was cracked and felt spongy when standing on it. We did not dare use the hot tub. We took the elevator because the some of the steps were crumbly and seemed unsafe. Breakfast was adequate. I felt it was loud at night, though my husband said he heard nothing. There was only a loveseat to sit on, nothing else. It was very near the action, easy walk to everything. We only stayed 2 nights so did not complain as we were really only there to sleep. Bed was fine but we did not like the pillows at all. They were flat, no support at all. I think with updates, it would be a good place to stay.
