So much to love including beds, linens, quiet/soundproofing, space, restaurant, bar and bartenders, free drinks, lazy river, hot tub, proximity to everything, city shuttle stop, great bath products. My only complaint is the one woman who just seemed like we were getting on her nerves at the front desk even though we had to wait until 5:38 for our room to be ready for a 4 pm check in. No one offered any compensation, nothing despite us having to sit waiting because a curtain needed maintenance to rehook the last hook for the curtain. We had to skip the dinner out we planned to make it to the show we had tickets for. The next time I had contact with her was the same: cold, annoyed, acted like she was the one being bothered, this was when I asked yo extend our reservation. She was an African American woman at the front desk. The other front desk staff were lovely throughout our stay from our lovely waiter in the restaurant to other front desk staff and all of the bartenders. Surely there is some compensation for late check in? Its not like 4 pm check in is early anyway! Without any sort of apology, and compensation for the late check we won’t be back.
