Elevator did not making very difficult for 80 years old to care luggage up to second floor. Room was unclean with sh**t on the floor of the bathroom. Breakfast was of very poor quality. Some of the worst I have experienced. Had to have the room key reset 3 times!!! The handyman was extremely helpful.

Our stay was excellent. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary. The location was right downtown, so we were in walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was a little limited but it was ok. We even so a live bear that comes around at night (scary but cool).

They are renovating front office but it is still easy to get in and out. The staff was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping done a great job.

Heated Pool, Great Location, Great Price

The hotel is in a great location right on the parkway. I typically won't stay at a Quality Inn but decided to take the chance due to positive reviews, location and price. It is an older motel, but you can tell they have had recent renovations. The pool was heated and open until 11pm so we were able to take advantage of the pool this early in the season and relax after walking all day. I do wish the lights on the balconies shut off and our door to the balcony was very difficult to open but being right over the creek was beautiful.Overall, I would stay here again. It was great for the price.

Bears are a real issue. Imagine a gang of bears every night looking for food and not thinking twice before destroying your car. Because that's the reality. The hotel seems like it's about to collapse due to lack of maintenance and repairs. The retaining wall in the parking garage is leaning to the point that it is concerning; I wouldn't be surprised if it collapsed within a year if nothing is done. Rooms were clean but very unmaintained. The elevator didn't work. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was fantastic.

The shower was very nice. You could tell they just done renovations of the room however the water pressure was terrible The lighting in the room itself is not all that great there's gaps in the doors both the front and the back and the bathroom. The elevator was out so therefore carrying luggage up two flights of steps was horrible. This is especially bad for someone who has congestive heart failure and bad knees. The parking lot is very small so not a lot of room to park. The lock was broke in the room so it had to be replaced. The safe in the room didn't work. If I had to rate the stay on a scale of 1-10 it would be a 2.
