Very friendly staff. Nice clean room. Location was great. walking distance to downtown was excellent.
i would definitely stay there again.

Nice place to stay and easy accessibility to to room from parking garage also walking distance to everything. Loved my stay!

Like the location, close to the main strip, did not need drive to get to entertainment, shopping, and dinning.
What I liked about the hotel was location, balcony, fireplace, unlimited hot water for shower, and being right over the creek.
The let down was the property is just tired and dated. The room is bare, made it feel cold. The bathroom, is throwback to 70's and no heat, and fan did not work. The service/staff was Excellent. If you want be close to strip it is nice location.

We loved everything about the room and the Employees were super nice and friendly we will be going back next time we go to Tennessee.
