This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom also has one king bed. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Great Location!

Nice trip

My family of three went to Gatlinburg for the weekend. This place was in a great location. Very close to the Gatlinburg trail and is on the river. Lots of people were catching and releasing rainbow trout. It was about a half mile walk to the Starbucks if that is a familiar point to anyone. The condo was clean and put together. It is a bare bones place. If you like to cook or make your own coffee you will need to pack spices and the coffee. I did not check the amenities well enough before we left. Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay. We had a lovely trip .

Unit is terribly out dated.Living furniture worn out.When sitting down you almost sink to the floor.Bed room mattress all worn out.Bath room shower door won't close .To many undesirable issues to list.This unit makes me question VRBO standards.

Condo 107 needs love

This condo was nicely laid out but needs a little bit of love. The master bedroom toilet runs by itself off and on all the time. The sofa is terribly uncomfortable to sit in and the master bedroom mattress could use to be changed. Very nice property and great location.

Nice place

This is the perfect location! You can walk to just about everywhere you want to go in Gatlinburg. The unit is nice, just could use some updates. The only negative thing is that the shower door in the master bathroom will not close. A new shower door would be appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

Weekend get away

Great location and great price for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a jacuzzi in the master. Great view of the river off a spacious balcony with sliding glass doors in the den area and master. Will stay here again.

Our stay was a get away for a few nights

We did exactly what we intended on doing resting and resting some more. The river and the waterfall made it that much more relaxing. The rooms were big and spacious. Not sure about anything in the kitchen bc all we used it for was to hold a box of doughnuts.

Smokie Mountain hikes

We had an amazing time here. Our condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable with a large balcony overlooking the river. Location was great. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops of Gatlinburg and a couple blocks from the entrance to the National Park.

Nice unit and great location.

The unit was nice and comfortable. The balcony over the stream was a real treat. Location is very convenient to the Park and the town.

Dated furnishings. Need a good deep cleaning. When asked front desk to at least vacuum the sofa they never showed up. Jacuzzi tub was dirty and needed cleaning. We were looking forward to using but did not use after seeing how dirty it was. The view was the best part as that was wonderful
