Normalde 5 yıldız vereceğim bir işletmeydi fakat doğu turu dönüşü 2. Sefer konaklamamda bizi mağdur edene kadar. Rezervasyon yaptık biz yoldan geleceğimiz için akşam 8 gibi giriş yapacaktık, akşam 7’de son dakika rezervasyonumuzu iptal etmelerinin gerektiğini söylediler. Bu şekilde son anda mağduriyet yaşadık tekrar konaklama yeri aradık vs. Teknik bir nedenden olduğunu söylediler ama o şekilde olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Aradığımızda standart odalarının dolu olduğunu söylediler, bunu söylediğinde hotelsde oda vardı 2600₺ iptal edemeyeceklerini düşündüğümüz için rezervasyon yapmıştık. Fakat bizi maalesef şaşırtmadılar. Rezervasyon süreci dışında otel konaklaması konusunda bir sıkıntı yaşamadık fakat bu kadar yatırım yapıyorsunuz bir zahmet şu siteleri entegre edin de odanız dolduğunda insanları mağdur etmeyin, yada resepsiyonunuza daha bilgili birini alın derim.

Wir waren als Familie mit insgesamt vier Zimmern angereist. Schon bei der Ankunft begann der Ärger: Zum Check-in mussten wir je nach Person zwischen 20 Minuten und einer Stunde an der Rezeption warten. Dann der nächste Schock – unsere Zimmer lagen verteilt auf die 1. und 3. Etage. Bei 40 °C Außentemperatur war der Aufzug außer Betrieb. Das bedeutete: Koffer und Taschen selbst schleppen und täglich mehrmals die Treppen hoch und runter. Das Gebäude ist – bis auf die Zimmer – nicht klimatisiert. Flure und Lobby waren dementsprechend stickig und unangenehm. Im Zimmer dann der eigentliche Albtraum: Der Boden war voller Staub, Dreckreste wie von einer Baustelle und Haare. Im Bad klebten noch Spuren vom Vorgänger an der Toilette. Die Betten waren schlampig bezogen, das Spannbettlaken rutschte ständig ab. Flecken auf dem Boden, überall Staub – einfach nur unhygienisch. Die Einrichtung an sich wäre eigentlich schön gewesen, aber der Zustand und die Sauberkeit waren eine absolute Zumutung. So etwas habe ich in einem Hotel noch nie erlebt
