Hidden gem in a great city

We visited here on a road trip through Italy. We managed to park directly outside the property for free (Sunday is free ,easypark app for other days still cheap). We were greeted at the property by Francesca who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The property was very clean and modern with a great decor. The room was big and extremely clean with everything we could ask for. In the lobby was a coffee machine and other amenities too. Francesca gave us a voucher for breakfast that can be used at two local cafes , we visited Cafè magon and had a great breakfast! We had an evening meal at Ristorante Del Ponte which was also amazing ! Our stay was enjoyable and super comfortable. We would stay here again

Niet echt super tevreden. De kamer zelf is keurig / schoon en heerlijk stil. Bij de incheck werd alles op afstand gedaan wat ik erg onpersoonlijk vind. Wij verbleven er 7nachten en we heb en maar 1x schone handoeken gekregen na 3dgn daarna niet meer. Voor anno 2023 kan dot gewoon echt niet meer. En zeker niet voor het geld wat wij betaald hebben. Volgende ochtend moesten we zelf vragen waar het ontbijt bleef of waar het gehouden word. Vind dit gewoon een grote min punt kwa service

Hello, we are disappointed in seeing that you did not fully enjoy your stay. We do try to lower our impact on the environment by not having to wash towels everyday; rather, when the customer asks us or after three days, as is done in most hotels globally.

Quel dommage !

C'est la première fois que je prends un B&B à l'étranger et je ne le referais pas. Arrivés un peu tard (21H) on nous dirige par téléphone (assez simple), mais la difficulté pour se garer dans ce quartier doit être vraiment signalée. Sinon la chambre est très jolie, bien équipée mais l'endroit manque furieusement de chaleur à tel point que les occupants se croisent à la seule machine à café (qui ne fonctionne pas) mais que le lien ne se fait pas. Pas du matin, sûrement..... A signaler aussi que le ''breakfast'' se compose de gâteaux périmés. J'arrête là car c'est la première fois que je laisse un avis désagréable mais ayant signalé les dysfonctionnements sur le livre d'or je n'ai même pas eu un petit message, ou plutôt si le très convenu (nous avons été ravis de vous recevoir.... sans mention de mon mécontentement) de la part d'Anna ou Francesca qui n'étaient pas très au point non plus sur le montant de la taxe de séjour. SVP lorsque vous ouvrez un tel endroit avec du charme et plutôt bien placé, faites l'effort de votre présence.

Hello, thank you for staying with us and your feedback. We always communicate that our arrivals are usually untill 20:00 as we do not have a reception. We are sorry you felt the room was cold but the building's heaters are understandably turned off before the 8th of May. The coffee machine works and was not broken. We have now changed the breakfast we provide by partnering with local cafès that offer a fresh italian breakfast. We are sorry you found some improvements in your stay. We do need to stress the difference between a normal hotel and us. By law, we cannot provide fresh foods; as such there were no cakes offered. We also do not require the constant presence of staff on site, especially after normal hours. Despite this, we do have staff present every morning. The tourist tax was clearly communicated by voice and here on expedia.
