Clean modern hotel with efficient and helpful staff. Hotel facilities were really good. The free shuttle to the night market was also a bonus. Well positioned for access to George Town by cab but far enough out to feel calmer and more relaxed. Good eateries within walking distance.

I like the decoration, cleaniness, service of the hotel and politeness of hotel staffs. I like it facing the sea and the hotel is walkable to good reviews eating place along the sea front. It is also connected to a 2nd storey high shopping mall in which not much of food options. I dislike shampoo unable to retract from the container and the staff of house keeping did not repair/ change it. I also dislike the traffice flow in that area because the area tend to have traffic jam when returning to the hotel.
