L’hôtel est très grand, chic. Cependant, il a besoin de beaucoup de rénovation. Dans notre chambre, au 9e étage, dans la salle de bain, le plafond et les murs ont de la moisissure . Il a un ventilateur tout sale qui ne fonctionne pas. Le garde robe était poussiéreux, j’ai rien placer dedans. En arrivant à l’étage , 9e, les planchers ont beaucoup travailler, nous avons perdu pieds a 3 reprises, dangereux. Mais le personnel est sympathiques.

Emplacement : Centre ville de Georges Town, à 200 mètres d'un centre animé pour prendre un verre diner et écouter des chanteurs
Excellent rapport qualité prix, hotel situé au centre ville proche de tous les transport très bon petit déjeuner copieux et varié, nous descendons dans cet hotel à chaque voyage sur Pénang

Lors de mon voyage à Penang en 2015 j'avais choisi l'hôtel BayView et le service etait execelent. Je pensais retrouver la même qualité de service en réservant de nouveau mais j ai été tres déçu. Heureusement la vue et la situation géographique de cet hôtel ont pallier aux manquements du personnel.

Chinese New Year - incense sticks get bigger here

We were able to extend our holidays a couple of times without any issues or problem. The hotel is very centrally located and easy excess. Walking distance to shopping and food courts. I would definitely come back and stay here again
