Fantastic! As always , the courtyard name does not disappoint. The standard is what you expect and the staff are happy to go above and beyond. The buffet breakfast is second to none. Worth every dollar

The staffs is friendly and helpful to make this stay a special one for my wife. Even a little effort make the day brighter for us. They decorated the room with little touch which make us very happy. Thanks to Chai Chai and Asheq Sento. Location with lot of choices of food nearby.

Pleasant stay. Buffet breakfast good value with many western & Asian choices. Staff very welcoming. Location was not ideal for restaurants, but plenty of local food offerings if that is suitable for you.

Sazzu was very patient and professional while attending to our needs. Highly recommended this hotel. Amenities are new and latest, with friendly staff. Love their pillows menu too! If I have to nitpick, their breakfast buffet options are very limited. With space constraint, food selections were limited. But we will still stay the same hotel again next time we are here.

Hotel was OK. Issues getting the room cleaned. The restaurant was appalling. Food was cold and when complained about just went to put it in the microwave. I'm sure there are better places to stay in Penang!

Amazing beds for a good night sleep

Amazing beds and pillows, great rest and sleep. Location requires vehicle but 5 to 10 mins away from the malls.Walking to the malls is winding easier to grab a car. Reeption and lobby looks normal but the rooms are amazing huge and clean.
