I would advise you to avoid this hotel at all costs. Lets start with cleanliness, after staying 3 nights in the room without maid service, we realized our sheets had a BLOOD stain on them. This is unacceptable under any circumstance, but particularly revolting when paying to stay at a hotel. This means that either the maid service saw the blood stain and decided to keep the sheet, or didnt see it which is wildly negligent. After sending a complaint about the filthy sheets, the manager, Mrs. Pamela said she would like to meet with me to solve the problem. We met, she took my information, and I never heard from their staff again. I even tried reaching out a week later as they said upper management would need to review our situation. I never got a response. Speaking of staff, its pretty evident that no one is trained in hospitality at this establishment. With the exception of 3-4 staff members, everyone else was clueless. Zero knowledge about the area around the hotel, attractions, or directions. The bar and pool that is advertised is not even on the property. Its around the corner on the roof of the mall thats attached. DO not spend your money, or waste your time here. The sad thing is there is a ton of potential at this hotel, its just poorly run and managed. Stay at the Marriot instead.
