The Staff and location were both excellent.
Parking extremely tight.
The early bird (check-in) gets the best parking.
The water pressure in the shower is the best in WA- awesome shower.
It’s a shame the restaurant downstairs wasn’t open for evening dinner only for drinks. Great location and views.
The other 3rd party (restaurant) hotel uses for delivery I.e. room service- is below average - not even tasty.

Location is really good and the lobby is nice. Rooms are dated and the mattresses are the softest I have ever experienced (and we travel a lot). Overall, decent but for the price and star rating, expected better.

Hello Harald,Thank you for your feedback, one of our biggest compliments is how great the beds are, apologies it didn't suit your needs. New rooms have been built recently and 4th floor carpets replaced,

Great value. Room with ocean view was excellent. Easy check-in/out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again on my next visit. Local shops and restaurants are a short walk across the street, however, there is a restaurant/ bar in the hotel, and room service is available. Secure parking. Great location. Highly recommended.

Don’t stay there.
Publié le 5 janv. 2024 sur HotelsThe restaurant was closed. No local restaurants open .New years day. Found a noodle bay the only available place for takeout. Had to eat in our room off a saucer with a spoon. The room was in the basement opening on the car park The cars were parked 4 foot away from our door. The car park resembled a builders yard A hydraulic hoist was working all day enabling some alterations to be done. The noise was horrendous. You couldn’t hold a conversation. Why were we put in that room when the hotel was half empty.

Hi Neal, Every room is equipped with knives and forks, the restaurants being closed is out of the hotel's hands, we are refurbishing and i guess there is never really a good time to make noise, we were respectful enough to operate the equipment during working hours.

The room was nice enough but there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom which made it hard for showers and using the toilet otherwise we enjoyed it.

Great ocean views
Publié le 2 déc. 2023 sur HotelsLooked older from the outside in real life than the picture used to advertise it. Excellent ocean view. Limited parking. One free drink per person per stay. Very clean and comfortable.
