This four-bedroom, three-bath luxury villa is tucked away in the pristine beauty of Dry Creek Valley, just ten minutes from downtown Healdsburg. Here, you get all the charm of country living: stars, serenity, sweeping views, farm animals, and fresh air, while still being only minutes from the restaurants, shops, and world-class wineries of Healdsburg and the surrounding wine country.

Set on a magical 55-acre estate with a small winery and working farm, your stay includes a true agricultural farm stay experience. Guests enjoy a complimentary wine tasting in our tasting room for up to 8 guests, paired with a farm-to-table bite. If you’re feeling adventurous, we’re also happy to let you feed our furry animal residents—always a guest favorite.

The property is shared with a winery/tasting room, barn, cottage, and the villa. Tastings are by appointment only, and the property is lovingly managed by the owners.

The journey here is part of the magic. The drive is a half mile off Dry Creek Road (one mile past the renowned Dry Creek General Store), winding through old oak trees draped in Spanish moss and rolling vineyards. Once you pass through the privacy gate, you’ll find yourself surrounded by lush gardens, animals, and hidden nooks perfect for relaxing. The entire property is off-grid and runs on solar energy. We make every effort to respect the land and live in harmony with the environment that makes this place so special.

The villa itself offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Inside, you’ll find four king bedrooms, three full bathrooms with showers, smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, SONOS, three gas fireplaces, a wine cellar (just like a hotel bar), media room, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with prep area. All beds feature professionally cleaned and pressed linens, and furnishings throughout are new and thoughtfully curated.

Outside is where the villa truly shines. Enjoy the pool and hot tub, a covered patio with a wood-burning fireplace, and a full outdoor kitchen—all overlooking one of the most breathtaking views in Sonoma County, spanning the entire Dry Creek Valley floor.

Want to move in!!

Angie and staff were amazing! This villa is right out Italy .. gorgeous setting. Very clean ! Really comfy beds and linens. Fabulous wine cellar to choose wines from. We had a group of 8 ladies and plan to be back next year ! We loved the pool / hot tub and just walking the beautiful grounds . The staff at the vineyard went above and beyond at our tasting and the pizza was fresh and yummy.

Our single favorite northern CA wine country villa

This was our second one-week stay in this villa, which remains our absolute favorite accommodation in the region when a larger home is required. The house, location, view, and amenities (pool,spa, fireplaces, Sonos, etc.) are absolutely top-notch and the fact that it's attached to a superlative young winery (Reeve) and off-grid makes us even happier. We could not recommend this place or its proprietors more unreservedly. Book it if you need 4 bedrooms and the time of your life.

Perfect location and spectacular views

Beautiful way to see Sonoma

Our group absolutely raved about the property and the hospitality during our stay. The location is also a great starting point for tastings in both Sonoma and Napa. The tasting at Reeve was delightful and we added on a chef dinner in the villa which was such a fun way to end the trip.

Fabulous stay

We had such a great stay at this property. The house and surrounding property are just beautiful. The house was so comfy and well appointed. The view was spectacular. We took a walk down the lane to visit the goats, saw deer and turkey daily. We very much enjoyed the wine at the Reeve tasting room. Sad to leave but know we will be back.

Family Wine Trip

We stayed here with our adult children and their significant others for 4 nights. It was absolutely AMAZING!! If I could give it 10 stars I would! The views are breathtaking and the house is set for couples with a beautiful area to entertain in! I love to cook, so we had dinners at the house after winery tours. Rose was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions. The only drawback was that it is in a remote location (which adds to the beauty!!) and Ubers weren’t readily available. In hindsight I would have set up some drivers for winery tours since we were a large group. We were so sad to leave
