Loved my villa with private pool. The room was spacious, only thing missing was a kitchen then would be complete for long term stay. Lived the private pool great to go swimming any time i want. But i did encounter tons of bats flying over pool in last night which scared the life of of me. Needless to say i cut my swim short. The dining water fault was helpful but i still had to go get my own. Hated that the transportation promised was not true, no drivers. The one day i did go to the storei had to ride the back of a scooter. Scariest thing ever! Wish the bed was softer i thought I'd be able to adjust the bed but no. All in all good stay nice hotel.

This was a beautiful Villa. However was on a major road that at times sounded like you were on a grandprix track. Breakfast was always different even though we ordered same thing everyday. Lovely clean pool.

The property was great!!!! They are working on building and adding on to the resort so the back end of the property is all in the works. There is access to the beach but you have to walk through the construction zone and through a field. The beach is a black sand beach, and is kind of dirty and no tourists. We went there once. The breakfast was good but since we were there for 2 weeks we got bored. The drivers and front desk staff are amazing and can communicate well! The drivers took us to near by locations for free. There is am amazing resort the drivers took us to, vision villas, they have a great cafe called Genius Cafe and the spa was great! The restaurant called Legong was spectacular, we went there 4 times for dinner!!! Our villa was great we had a private swimming pool! I do wish they cleaned our room properly that was my only complain. Otherwise our stay was great!!! This resort is located far from all tourist attractions and you will need to hire a driver.

Great Villa but not what I was after.

The reason I chose this villa was because the bio said that I could walk to the beach but you cant anymore and the area photo is old. They are building another Villa and this blocks access to the very dirty beach inhabited by many of the poor in the area. The beach water and sand were polluted. So I didn't get my daily beach walks. I could leave the Villa the other way either as it was a very busy main road. So I couldn't walk anywhere and I love to do that. But in saying that, the staff were great and very accommodating, rooms were cleaned beautifully everyday. We got free shuttles to the local restaurant and Spa plus had a massage in our room. What was available was exceptional. We had to organise our own day trips as what they have knowledge of and brochures for are limited. We were picked up from the airport and looked after on arrival at 3am(delayed flight etc). The breakfasts were amazing and we found the restaurant that they order the food from. A must eat destination on the same road 'Warong Legong'. Chef is so nice and talented. The pool was amazing, shower huge and big bath. Beautiful gardens as per pictures. The King bed was too hard for me but my partner loved it.

Thank you for your rating. I'm sorry about the problem you've been through. We've solved all the issues you've raised and some are not done yet. To meet all the needs of the guests, we build other facilities, such. A beach club, beach restaurant, outdoor spa, etc., with nine (8) views that guests can see instantly. This will happen in late 2019. From July 2018 we have a daily complimentary shuttle to ten tourist attractions + beach. We have set up this program in the brown album in each room / villa. But do not worry, the guests feel comfortable with us, even if the project is running. Guests do not see or hear the process of the project.

La camera è di per se bellissima: Camera molto spaziosa, doppio lavandino e bagno con doccia “abitabile”; da elogiare anche la piscina con i zampilli dalle sculture sulle pareti. Il problema nasce sul mantenimento della struttura e sui servizi minimi di camera. Cominciamo dal livello strutturale: il pavimento (parquet) presenta delle assi disconnesse; le pareti presentano macchie (questo è il meno) ma soprattutto una crepa vicino uno dei due lavandini; altro problema erano le porte, entrambe scorrevoli ma disallineate... cosa che non permetteva la facile chiusura della serratura. Questione effetti letterecci e lenzuola: un centro che si rispetti non può permettersi di possedere lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati; gli asciugamani presentati i il penultimo giorno erano addirittura sfilacciati sui lati. Settore pulizia: presenza massiccia di calcare su tutti i sanitari (sul water anche delle grosse macchie marroni); ruggine sui dosatori della doccia. Altro problema gli animali (gechi e formiche presenti in camera): una sera al nostro rientro in camera abbiamo trovato un piccolo “regalo” di un geco su uno dei 4 cuscini messi a disposizione per dormire (cosa che può succedere in campagna); il giorno successivo chiediamo il cambio lenzuola (ok) e di pulire meglio la parete sopra la testata del letto che presentava uno strato di polvere, e le fessure delle luci presenti sulla stessa dove ci stavano delle ragnatele... al nostro rientro la pulizia richiesta non è stata fatta.
