My son and I took a fishing trip and this property was perfect for us. It was convenient to Kentucky Lake and the bed was comfortable for sleeping, since that is all we did at the property. We were upgraded due to few guests at this time of the year:)

Property was outdated with many visible broken amenities. Probably was nice when built but doesn't look like it's been maintained very well since.

Beware... this is unkept and scary.
Publié le 21 sept. 2023 sur HotelsWe didn't even stay here. The exterior was unkept. The check in guy showed up to a trailer that i didn't even think was part of the facility. The room he showed us had a roach running down the inside of the door. The pictures on the website are much nicer. Building behind the cabins look even worse. Inside unit very dated, but main concer was the roaches, gap under entry door and surroundings!

This property is pure trash. The office is an RV camper. The property is a mix of rooms to rent and people who actually live there. Outside will creep you out. The room itself was dirty. There were spiderwebs in the corner of the room. If you raise the pillows of the couch, there is junk in the couch. The refrigerator had mildew stains around the creases when you open it. The room itself smelled like mildew when you enter it, and was extremely stuffy to the point where I couldn’t get any sleep. This was the best looking room in the area. The rest look like prostitute trails.
