I didn’t stay here , we arrived for concert at Hampden park , only to find out hotel was closed to public , on a government contract . Had to return home on train with suitcase and missed concert and mini break in Glasgow .

Hotel cancelled the day before travel received to comflicting stories one said was being renovated. Another said shut because of not safe to the pubic. Just felt rather disappointed with the very short notice. Especially after it had been booked for 8 months.

Overall happy. Room a bit tired. Wardrobe door hanging off, only 1 chair and no glasses. Not clear £12 per night parking charge. Despite these couple of things, I’d stay again.

Great location

Amazing stay from start to finish. Jess (think her name was) on reception was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Even received an upgrade. Room was very clean and huge. Well worth the money and will make that out base when visiting Glasgow from now on.

Hotel was fine, clean and tidy. No hot water at 5am- be ware if you are up early
