Clean with comfortable bed but faulty shower was an issue. Also worth noting that in spite of several websites stating breakfast was complimentary, this is not the case.

It was clean, fairly priced, and -- most importantly -- conveniently located in the West End. It's no frills, but still a very solid home base while in Glasgow. The park is a couple of blocks away, Kelvingrove museum is about 10-15min walk, and the university is just a few more minutes beyond that. Friendly staff too. Don't forget to stop by Dough Man's Land one block away for amazing, quick pizzas!

Exactly as expected for the price—nothing fancy but a decent & clean small room in a good area. Would have been nice to have a place besides the lobby to drop bags. Didn’t have breakfast but it looked OK. Also, old folks note: no lift.

Good hotel on outskirts of city.

Good hotel in Kelvingrove Area. Bus 77 from Buchanan Street bus station stops opposite the hotel. (It is a long walk from city centre). Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Did not have breakfast so can't comment on that.

The room was an interesting layout which it wasn't that bad but we definitely had to be aware and duck our head there was a lot of sharp angles on the ceiling. I found the hotel to be a little overpriced.

There was a degree of noise from neighboring rooms early in the morning. You cant do anything about the weather but I was in an attic floor room with 4 velux windows and with heavy rain showers the noise was very loud.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Full breakfast available for extra fee. Very good location. 1 minute walk to Kelvingrove Park. Lots of restaurants, pubs and shops nearby. Quick walk to Kelvingrove Gallery and University of Glasgow. Bus stops right out front but you can also walk to downtown in 1/2 hour. Pleasant stay.
