Very basic hotel lacking services and comfort

Very disappointed with this hotel. My check-in was delayed because of a problem with the previous guest in my room. Even though the room was advertised with air conditioning there was only a type of humidifier to turn on in the room. Very difficult to sleep at night in the Goiânia heat without an air conditioner. On top of that I was awoken early by noisy works inside the hotel, and when I went to take a shower the taps were not working, so I could not even have a shower to freshen up. Without a doubt one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in Brazil.

Localização, café da manhã e atendimento bons. Apenas o barulho no corredor que incomodou bastante.

Hospedagem satisfatória

O quarto é bem simples, mas muito limpo. O blindex do box era tão limpo que dava pra achar que não tinha vidro hahaha. O chuveiro era bem agradável também. A cama era confortável e o ar condicionado funcionava muito bem. O café da manhã foi bem satisfatório. Pontos a melhorar: 1- o quarto nao tem uma acústica boa, então dava pra escutar o barulho do corredor (tinham pessoas conversando às 05h!) e do trânsito. 2- deveria ter uma cadeira no quarto, já que tinha uma mesa. 3- Poderia ter uns quadrinhos no quarto para se tornar visivelmente mais atrativo. Faria toda a diferença. 4- Por fim, a tv poderia ser smart.

Limpeza boa, acomodação ruim demais não tem armário e nem mesa.
