First off we love how spacious the unit was, and that there’s 2 bathrooms (1 for every room) and a toilet room. The lounge room is nice and cozy and the laundry is working as expected so we didn’t end up carrying wet clothes after the trip.
The only thing we hope to be improved in the future is the state of the carpet outside the unit. We are not sure if it’s only by chance or that when we stayed it wasn’t cleaned yet but the hallway smelled like a wet dog. We stayed in building 1, level 3 for reference.

Staff members need to be trained how to deal with guests. Poor service I don’t recommend it at all

Clean, full facilities, close to everything, spacious. My kids love the swim pool and spa. Good place to stay and for sure come back next time.

Should have been awesome but the room wasn't ready on time and the Wifi was unavailable which meant no internet or TV for the kids. It looked like there was a wifi unit but it had chords plugged into it, nor to the foxtel or tv. I tried calling reception but it was 5pm by the time the room was available and no answer when calling reception. When I told reception the next morning they didn't seem to care. We specifically organised this 2 bedroom apartment so that we could have a break from the kids, but instead they had nothing to do all evening.

Beautiful place ,nice pool and spa , very good parking spot , a little bit far away from the beach, the apartment very good but not so very clean.
